ATMA PRO
Module 2 (M2)
Remember that you need to have completed M1 to have access to this training, you have two options:
1. To complete the three levels of M1 and then start M2.
2. To complete level1 of M1 and then level1 of M2, level2 of M1 and then level2 of M2,…and so on till completing both courses.
General objectives
- Integrate the theoretical and practical information related to the technique.
- Cultivate the skills and attitudes necessary for the proper conduct of the professional practice.
- Learn the full range of stages, movements, transitions and alternative adjustments.
- Refine and strengthen a practical approach based on freedom of action and spontaneous adjustments of such.

- Health professionals interested in having a valuable additional resource for their professional practice.
- People interested in starting their professional career in the field of WBW (Water Body Work).
- People interested in making a complete and high-quality training of the ATMA technique.
- People interested in making a profound process of learning and personal growth through water.
Duration/levels
M2 features a total of 150 hours of training divided into:
- Level 1, Water Relax = 50h
- Level 2, Water Massage = 50h
- Level 3, Underwater Massage = 50h
- Exam= 1h
General contents
- ATMA®, theoretical introduction. (M2)
- Competence and attitudes.
- Listening and contact. (M2)
- Characteristics of movement in water. (M2)
- Using floats. (M2)
- Floating and returning, beginning and ending a session. (M2)
- Advanced sequence of movements on the surface.
- Advanced sequence of movements underwater.
- Free flow (M2) and specific adaptation resources
- ATMA®, as a holistic working tool.
Requirements to pass the level
To do Level 1:
- Having completed Level 1. (M1)
To do Level 2:
- Having successfully completed Level 2 (M1) and Level 1 (M2) + 12 mandatory practices.
To do Level 3:
- Having successfully completed Level 3 (M1) and Level 2 (M2) + 12 mandatory practices.
To take the exam:
- Having successfully completed Level 3. (M2) + 12 mandatory practices.
For qualifying as an ATMA® professional:
- Having successfully completed the final exam.
Conditions of the group
- Groups of 4 to 10 people.
- Groups divided by levels.
Teaching material
- Manual with the theoretical information of the corresponding level being enrolled.
- Video-manual with the movement sequence demonstrated during the course.
Acreditation
- Official certificate of participation of the course issued by the ATMA Training Institute™, valid for continuing the ATMA® training.
- Official ATMA® Professional diploma issued by the ATMA Training Institute™, upon successfull completion of the training.
At the end of this training
- You will have integrated the complete theoretical and practical knowledge about the ATMA® technique.
- You will know and can take advantage of the link between you, the water and the other to be able to keep learning.
- You will have a wide range of resources and abilities that will allow you to adapt to each specific situation.
- You can give sessions as an accredited professional and will be ready to offer your services to establishments and individuals.
